Each challenge is designed to work as a team, promote resilience and increase confidence in one's abilities. In the low string circuit, participants develop balance, coordination and effective communication by working together to overcome obstacles. The canopy, with its series of aerial challenges, enhances decision-making under pressure and the management of fear, while promoting trust between teammates.
