Training

Before participating in the in-person training, we invite you to take part in a preliminary virtual session. By reaching this stage, you have successfully passed all of our selection criteria.

It is essential that you reserve availability for the designated four days, since training is a fundamental component of your preparation. If, for some reason, you are unable to attend on these dates, we recommend that you consider delaying your participation until next year.

During these four days of training, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in CSU in a practical way, in addition to receiving specialized tools that will empower you to perform your role as a member of the staff, thus contributing to the creation of memorable experiences.
