The primary purpose of an assistant is to support and assist the instructor in planning and executing recreational and educational activities during the camp, ensuring a safe, fun and educational environment for all campers.

This role involves performing various functions with the objective of providing an educational, safe and fun environment. Create an environment where all participants feel valued, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
It will act as a role model to inspire participants to follow a positive example. It will promote appreciation and respect for nature and the environment.
It will ensure a safe environment for participants, applying safety protocols and supervising activities. And finally, it will contribute to the creation of meaningful experiences and lasting memories for the participants, making their time at the camp unforgettable.
The purpose of a Block Coordinator is to ensure the efficient and successful operation of camp operations. This role is essential to ensure that the camp meets its objectives, providing a safe, educational and enriching experience for all participants. You will monitor and coordinate the activities of your block. It will help to plan the themes. You will monitor, coordinate and evaluate your staff in charge. It will enforce security policies and procedures.

You must show up for the interview at our camp. If you are not in San Luis Potosí, we will schedule an interview via Zoom.
You will take a group test in person at our camp, where you will participate in activities that will evaluate your physical and mental abilities.
